Listening to my current ego destroying delight of spiritiual teacher Adyshanti’s CD collection Big Sword Swinging yesterday and what did he say? Of course the mind expands and contracts into bliss and out of bliss. Of course the mind says, “Oh shit, where did that good feeling go? Let’s get it back fast! What shall we do! Hurry up!”

But there is nothing to get back! Because the expansion and contraction is happening within the ever present arising of the Self.

There is nothing to do, nothing to get back, nothing ever left.

My gosh, it’s hard to write about this stuff!
