Examples of Jennifer's art... hit refresh for more!

Darling, the party has moved! After 10+ years and so many breath-taking adventures, I've laid down my crown and picked up...the Savor & Serve Experiment. Come see what it is.

At Kripalu

I’m looking at the lake and eagerly preparing for the 38 wonderful women who will soon begin to arrive for a weekend of luscious self-care.  I woke up throughout the night wondering what will unfold this weekend. I’m praying constantly to be open and present.

My favorite part of the leading a retreat is watching women’s faces at the beginning and then again at the end.  The softening. The years falling away. The lightness. Ah!

Here’s an amazing post about creativity I was sent today.

May you at make time for renewal this weekend as well!

Dear Jennifer, I wish so much that I could be with y’all this weekend at Kripalu, which is one of my most favorite places in the universe! I live in MA about 2.5 hours away from Kripalu, and when I saw that you were doing a workshop there, I was SO excited, BUT April 22 is my 11th wedding anniversary and I have chosen to stay home to celebrate with this wonderful dear husband of mine. We’ve been through SO much these past 11 years (stepchildren, breast cancer, prostate cancer, grandchildren…etc)… and I want to honor that. Hopefully you will return to Kripalu again. I am with you all in spirit and love…. Peace, joy, and wishes for an abundant retreat, Anne Marie

    Hi Jennifer,
Wishing you a truly blessed weekend, and I know that those women attending will have one. I love how you open your heart in all you do, and are brave enough to open it (warts and all) to us on your blog.
I have dreamed only about ArtFest since I got back, but haveing a hard time TAKING ACTION! I decided yesterday that I wasn’t going to write in my regular journal for one month, I am only going to work in my “art” journal, something Michael deMeng said that first night: Put your ideas in to the art instead of talking (or writing) about it. I am going to make art my language, and I am taking the immersion route!
I have spent too much time talking, reading and writing about how much I want to do art, and it is time to take action!
I also loved the creativity article you linked to your post.

    fondly, Gwen
