I’m sitting in the Cafe at Kripalu, writing a little bit before lunch and then dance and then a massage and then my best friend arrives to be my assistant and then my first beloved group gathers together tonight at 7:30 Eastern.
Oh be still my beating heart.
Won’t You Join us Energetically?
So many of you wanted to be here but could not so I thought “What if we retreated together in spirit? What if the women who are here supported the women who are not, and vice-versa?”
You send your energy, prayers, and intentions to the women who are here, this weekend and next week, and I will ask women to send the energy of the retreats to you.
And
What if you took a mini-retreat between tonight and next Friday at noon and let the energy of my Kripalu retreats hold you and inspire you?
You could use the Virtual Retreat sessions (The Retreat is available again with a Refresher Day on April 25th) as one way to structure your time, like my sessions do for the women here.
Won’t you take even a half an hour in the next week to rest in the abiding peace that is your true nature, to calm your well-meaning but often rather busy mind, and to comfort yourself in ways that bring you toward life, rather than away?
If you do retreat, please share your intention and experiences here. Let us feel the ripples of retreats around the world!
Sending you the peace of true comfort and the power of women slowing down, listening, and remembering.

May beautiful, soulful, inspired, creative vibrance resonate outward, deeply from my heart to each of yours… those at Kripalu and all who are retreating together in spirit.
Deep peace to all.

I’ve never been on a retreat, but it sounds very interesting! I’m definitely sending positive energy to the women there.

I’m so glad you posted this, I was thinking something similar earlier in the week. Thinking how great it would be if I could be there, but hey, I could just connect energetically, and be a part of it, from over here. I will so “be there”.
I’m not sure when, but I’ll set aside a special time this week to make myself a mini-retreat at home. I’ll post after wards how I spent it.
In the meantime, whenever I take a 2 minutes retreat during the day, I’ll also be sure to connect… if you sense some purple-pinkish butterfly-like energy around, and it seems to be coming from the direction of Israel… wave hello, it’s me.

I hope you have a fabulous time with connection, massages, and the healing that is occurring. I’ll definitely send you great energy.
BTW, your virtual retreat looks delicious.

I so wanted to be there for your retreat. I will join you energetically, and perhaps it was a divine intervention that I opened this page today. Been dealing with tons of sadness and anxiety – the old FEAR. So perhaps reading these words, feeling the connection will lighten the day. Peace to all there at lovely Kripalu.

Have a fabulous retreat! I am sending you my high vibrations!
I took a mini retreat last night. Lavender essence oil + Epsom salts + my bath pillow + a pumpkin scent candle and all the time in the world.
Ummmmmm.

I will dispatch my “British Butler of Perfection” to come over and help you dispense with your squirrel immediately.
He tells me that you have to skin a squirrel while it’s still warm. If you dress it out immediately it’s too hard to get the fur off so you can put it in the stew pot later.
I would think it would be best not to eat the Squirrel of Perfection but to burn him and release his bad energy into flowing water.
While you are doing this, will you please drown my “Butler of Perfection”? I will owe you the “Nannygoat of Grattitude” and another emotional bug-a-boo to be named later.
Sound like a trade?
Love bunches!
