Placing Your Order

The easiest method for ordering is electronically through our web-store, right here. If you prefer, however, we'll happily accept orders mailed to us. We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service -- most of our online orders are shipped the same day!

Online ordering: Follow the check-out procedure as directed. You will be asked for a billing address and ship to address. After ordering, you will receive an email confirmation from the store.

Payment Methods

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo.

Shipping

We ship our goodies within the United States primarily by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (generally arriving in 2 to 3 days). Internationally we ship primarily by Global Priority.

Please note that your goods are often shipped the same day we receive your order, but in some cases, it may take up to 48 hours to ship.

For lost or damaged packages, please contact the carrier and submit a claim. The postal service can be reached at: (800)275-8777.

Returns & Exchanges

For problems or questions, please call my assistant, Debbie at 360-275-2838. Our return policy reflects our commitment to continually earn your trust. If you don't like your purchases for any reason, return them to us for an exchange or a refund. One exception: we do not accept returns for signed books or any other personalized materials. Also, we cannot reimburse for the cost of shipping, return postage or tariff fees. Return merchandise with your full name and email address to:

We recommend that you return your purchase with an insured courier and retain your receipt. This will protect you in case the merchandise is damaged or lost in transit.
