technical help with digital recordings:

You will need a copy of Windows Media Player, Apple Itunes or an other MP3 player to listen to the digital recordings.

your audio file will not play on aol?

If you are in AOL when you click on an audio file link (or paste it into your browser), it may not play. There seems to be a challenge with their system and these types of files.
If this is the case, copy the link you want to listen to , then exit OUT of AOL.
Directly open your audio player. You can find this by clicking on the Start button on the lower left-hand side of your computer screen. (Select “Programs”, then look for your audio player).

you didn’t download the e-book when your order was processed?

If you didn’t download the ebook during purchase, you should have received an email from the system with a link in it to download your book. Click on that link, it should take you back to the download page on our website.

When you get back to the website page, if you “right click” with your mouse on that link, you should see some options come up. Select “Save Target As” and it will let you determine where to save it in your computer (in a file on your hard drive, or on your “desktop”, under whatever file name you want).

my attachment was greyed out when i received it. how do i get it?

Sometimes your e-mail and virus protection programs will believe you are receiving an attachment that may be a virus, thus it tries to protect you by not giving you access to it. The easiest way is to select the message, and simply click your “forward message” button. The message will appear in a new window ready to be forwarded, and the attachment will at that time be visible. Select the attachment and save to your hard drive.
