A few weeks back MSN.com / Kashi came by and created a little video with me for their Healthy Living series.
It was very cool to get to talk about what I’m doing for myself these days – and although a bit rough on the ego to see those wrinkles up close and personal, overall, a lovely little video romp.
I thought I’d share it with you!
