When Jennifer Freed told me yesterday that beginning in January I’ll enjoy one of the best years of my life, she also said whatever I do has to be about my deepest desire, not about what I think I should do or about what will make me famous or special.
"This isn’t the first time I’ve told you this — you are a spiritual teacher and your message is creativity."
My thoughts: "What is my deepest desire? I have no idea!"
"I get to do something with creativity – yes, yes yes!"
and then "I am not a spiritual teacher."

Deepest sympathy on the passing of your dad. I am so glad you got to hear what the stars have in store for you in the coming months. They say it takes twelve moons/lunations to fully grieve a loss. It’s a twelve step process. And when I read this post just now the word Distance came to mind. The lens is too close right now, and well the next day you are dancing with the shadows of others. All of your sharing is so rich and delicious. I so appreciate your writing and sharing. Thank you.

Ah, but you are a spiritual teacher, dear Jennifer. At least, you are one of mine. Namaste’.

Not a spiritual teacher? Are you kidding? You absolutely teach from your spirit, Jen. You may not teach spirituality, but you most definitely embody it. Spirituality, to me, isn’t confined to the religious and I can honestly say your spirit is what I learned from. You put it out there in so many ways – your writings, your art, your coaching. It literally bursts from you and is impossible to ignore. Yes, my dear…you are a MOST delightfully spiritual teacher! Susan
