Darling, the party has moved! After 10+ years and so many breath-taking adventures, I've laid down my crown and picked up...the Savor & Serve Experiment. Come see what it is.

La La La and some more La La’s for Good Measure

I blog to proclaim: I have never been happier.

Pause.

I had to stop and read that to be sure it’s not only true but that I can feel it in my belly.

Yep, I can feel it.

I’m still me – bumbling, goofy, a little chubby, deeply imperfect, with a dot of dried dog eye goober on my computer – and I’m the happiest, at peace and in love I’ve ever been.

How did this shift occur?

It’s a miracle. A gift. A hand beneath me, a wave to ride, an endless energy to float upon and merge with it. For the first time in my life, I’m more willing to place my faith in the idea that God is real and available to me. In what form or how or what "God" is – my mind still has no good answer. But my heart vibrates and trusts and I’m listening.

Miracle moment:
After my conversation with Giselle after Kripalu, and a massage, I became clear on what I do and want to do in my creative work. It came in a soft flash: I nurture women to bring out their creative potential (glory, gifts, talents, divinity) so she can help change the world. The corresponding thump of recognition I had been waiting for in my belly was there. It is the right mission, my body confirmed clearly.

Lena West, my business strategist, rewrote it to be, "Jennifer Louden nurtures women to summon their creative power, find their true voice and use that new-found voice to help change the world."

After seven years, it feels so lovely to have a clear mission!

Miracle moment:
Co-facilitating the Creativity Day Spa – Swimming into the Creative Flow yesterday and feeling the belly confidence and shining conviction in my newly focused mission. My inner timidity that what I am teaching is not useful is gone and in it’s place this gentle determination to nurture that inherent creative potential, through the body, through creative expression, through love, through truth.

Please come to one of my retreats. Please tell me how I can come to you. I am burning.

Have you ever thought about coming over to the UK to run a Spa or Retreat?

Jennifer ~ I would be happy to organize a retreat for you in St. Louis ~ how do we start a conversation about this? A weekend or day-long retreat would work well here. We could also think about a weekend or longer retreat at Diana’s Grove, an earth-based spirituality retreat center (www.dianasgrove.com) which also hosts yoga retreats and other wonderful offerings in the Missouri Ozarks. I would love to facilitate bringing your nurturing to the midwest. Hugs, Paulita

and may I just say “Amen”?

Yes! That’s exactly what you do, Jen. You nurture me with your words and ideas, and after I’ve read your writing, which is filled with such honesty and energy, and after I’ve connected with other women from your site (Nora Gallager, Keri Smith, and women who comment regularly…just to name a few) I feel like a creative and necessary being in this crazy world. I honestly believe God is working through you. I’m so thankful that you have listened to God’s whispers and found your true path, so that people like me can muster the guts to find our own.

I don’t know a thing about you or your blog, but my friend/teacher has a qoute from you on her site with a link so that is how I found you. I love what you are doing. I beleive there is such a great need for assisting women in becoming their authentic, creative selves. I have been searching for my “purpose” – I hope I can find it in less than 7 years. It has already been 3 so I am about 1/2 way there in case it does. Hats off to you ! When you make it to south Florida for a workshop I will look forward to meeting you in person. Hey- here is a thought – how about Omega Institute in NY ?

    My Best to you !

Ahhh, Jenn! Sounds stupendous and so aligned with my work, too – not surprised I fell in love with you the last time I was pregnant… the only pregnancy book I read was yours… and remember way back when at that ICF conference, there I was pushing baby Sam around (who is now almost 5!!!) and there you were! :-)

Changing the world is soooo significant, it is why I do everything I do. My teleclass training course is aptly entitled, “How to Lead Teleclasses and Teleseminars that Change Lives” and I “come out” during the training that the CHANGING LIVES part is really the step towards CHANGING the PLANET! No small feat, which is why I love that other women “get it” and are “in it” deeply, divinely, exceptionally…. brava!

Besides goosebumps, you brought tears to my eyes — I feel the electricity of you plugging in to your universal power source and the sparks from the energy you are creating are flying everywhere!

I ADORE your pats on the back and I’d love to come to the Ozarks and the U.K. to do retreats. As I get clear on what’s next as an expression of this mission, I’ll email you.

I think it took me seven years becauseI’m rather slow and it’s not like we aren;t living our mission all the time; it’s just that we can’t always see it or enjoy it!

    Thank you, thank you!!

If you’d like to come to the Philadelphia area — (we can change it to the city of sisterly love) — let me know. I will be your event co-ordinator!
