Darling, the party has moved! After 10+ years and so many breath-taking adventures, I've laid down my crown and picked up...the Savor & Serve Experiment. Come see what it is.

Poetry

Spilled water on my ISDN board for my radio show and couldn’t do my show this morning with Joan Anderson.

Instead, I wrote this poem inspired bylines of poetry collected from various favorite poets that Camille and I will use to open and play with creative heart at our upcoming Creativity Spa.

You are a Divine mother whom the beloved has written her holy message upon.
Be ignited
for look look
the hummingbird has entered your heart and become
your trusted advisor.
What does the reverent beat of her wings say?
That prayer is an egg
a shell begging to be broken open,
a dark and piercing wilderness wanting to be born.

Become drunk with the starry unknown,
the luminous wonderful awakening.
Be disturbed by joy.

    Dear Jennifer,
Thank you for this sacred poem! I will copy it into my day timer and carry it with me all day and read it several times — to remind me, to make me stop and pay attention to all that is sacred. This is seeing like an artist sees, Jennifer!
I give you a long hug,
    Bonnie

    Jennifer,

Each day I honor the Feminine Energy of the Universe, and thoughtfully try to simplify and get closer to Mother Nature. Your poem speaks to this in such a poignant, personal way. I, too, am copying this poem for a pleasing reminder during my business day.

Thanks for all you are, and all you do,

    Carole

Will your podcast with Joan Anderson be rescheduled? I just came across one of her books in Borders the other day and would love to hear what the two of you have to share about creating retreats.
