You were very effective in teaching how to connect with creativity through the body. You presented the Shadow Comforts and Time Mosnters in a way that was both unflinching and kind. It was so vivid I find myself less likely to stay in denial about my own wasteful habits. (damn you!) Your engagement with the audience was excellent -- always thoughtful, safe and illuminating for the rest of us. Waiting in line at the women's restroom afterward everyone was bubbling over with enthusiasm after your session, talking about their Time Monsters and chomping at the bit to do some writing.
