A sometimes Wednesday happening in which I dissolve posting flummoxia by posting a a jambalaya, a comfort basket, a wiry fankle (a Scottish word that means a tangle or a state of confusion), a bit of this and tad of that.

Whew, it’s been a busy few months… I find myself realizing, yet again (will refrain from smiting my forehead), how my very survival (not to be confused with tent revival) depends on returning to my center over and over again –
which is just a fancy way of saying “remembering to breathe and get out of my reptile brain and choose my life, rather than blindly react.”
That’s the whole-big-secret-key-to-life thing right there – calming, centering and choosing.
The three C’s.
When someone at a party recently asked me what I do, I said, “I help women remember they get to choose their lives.”
I help myself remember, too.
