This Schedule is Subject to Change and will be finalized approximately three-four months before the writing retreat begins allowing you ample time to schedule massages or meeting with friends or what have you. The opening and closing times will NOT change so please please please try to be there for those if you can.

July 24

3:00 – 7:00pm Check In
4:00 – 7:00pm Chair massage (off main living room)
5:00 – 6:00pm Gentle Yoga with Havi (this is a great way to unwind; no previous yoga experience necessary)
6:30 – 7:00pm Un-Cocktail hour
7:00 – 8:00pm Dinner at Mabel Dodge Luhan
8:00 – 9:30pm Opening/Getting Grounded/Loving Yourself Up

July 25

7:00 – 7:30am Dance Yourself Awake (free form dance)
8:00 – 8:45am Breakfast
9:00 – 10:15am Waking up Your Brain, Settling in and Writing Warm Ups with Havi and Jennifer
10:30am – 12:30pm WRITING TIME (If you find you can’t write, please use this time to ‘be’ with your writing, thinking, making notes, pondering, or journaling; Jen’s under the pergola for coaching.)
12:30 – 1:30pm Lunch (You can write during this time or carry your lunch to wherever you want–including your room. You don’t have to be social!_
1:30 – 3:15pm Loving the Inner Critic (Writing exercises, small group discussions and lecture about learning how to deal with the voices in your head.)
3:15 – 4:00pm Free time (You can also use this time to go into town, take a hike…or write!)
4:00 – 5:15pm Gentle Yoga with Havi
6:00 – 7:00pm Dinner at Mabel Dodge Luhan
7:15 – 8:45pm Evening Council

3:00 – 4:00pm Free time (you can write, read, nap, shop, work on your collage, eat delicious baked goods, exercise or otherwise goof off)
